Overview
Clio retained Spruce to build Nemo — a brand-new, scalable Awards Engine and global entries management platform built from scratch on a modern technology stack. The project also included documenting the legacy platform, upgrading cloud infrastructure, and delivering a comprehensive cybersecurity evaluation.
Clio’s legacy awards platform had reached the limits of what it could support. As the Clio Awards program grew in size, scope, and global participation, the existing system created friction for entrants, limited the team’s ability to design new program structures, and posed infrastructure and security risks that needed to be addressed.
